Shipping Destinations:

We ship to addresses within the continental India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping Times:

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We use reputable carriers such as DTDC for shipping our orders.

Shipping Delays:

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery of your order, please note that shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Returns Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from SSR Weighing Solutions Pvt Ltd. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Returns that are damaged, used, or not in the original packaging may not be accepted and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at +917760987745 to request a return authorization. Once your return is authorized, please securely package the item(s) and include the return authorization number on the package. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.


If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at +917760987745 to request an exchange authorization. Once your exchange is authorized, please follow the return process outlined above. We will ship the exchanged item(s) to you once we receive and process your return.
